Teller Phone
Access your credit union accounts via telephone with Teller Phone. Teller Phone is accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. The system is designed with easy-to-follow instructions and menu prompts, so there’s no need to memorize access codes! You’ll be able to conduct all your electronic banking needs with just the touch of a few buttons.
Teller Phone is a free and confidential service available to all members!
VISA® Account Access
If you have a Classic VISA® or VISA® Platinum Card, you can register your card online. Registering allows you to manage your account information via the computer. You’ll be able to view your account summary, available credit amount, and recent transactions that have yet to be billed, in addition to making online payments to your credit card balance using your Louviers FCU account.
E-Statements
Help save the environment and declutter your home at the same time when you sign up for e-Statements! E-Statements are delivered directly to your email inbox each month and are saved online for 12 months, allowing you to find older transactions without having to print off statements or dig through stacks of paper. A password will be required to view your e-Statements.
E-Statements are free, which is all the more reason to enroll today!
Access your e-Statements by logging in to your home banking account. All e-Statements prior to June 1, 2015, will continue to be available through our Stand-Alone Statement Express website. If you have any questions, please contact member services at your local branch.
ATM Access
Use your VISA® Debit Card and/or ATM card to access your money 24 hours a day‚ 7 days a week at over 80‚000 locations worldwide!
Both ATM and VISA® Debit Cards allow you to check your account balance and make cash withdrawals surcharge-free at any ALLPOINT‚ CUHERE‚ CUHERE Select‚ or MoneyPass ATM.
ATMs are also surcharge-free at any WaWa‚ 7-11‚ or Christiana Care location.
Shared Branching
Louviers FCU is affiliated with the Credit Union Service Center Network. This affiliation allows Louviers FCU members to conduct transactions at participating credit unions without any additional cost to the member. Louviers FCU members will be required to identify their account number and show valid proof of identification when conducting business at any Shared Branch Service Center location.
Benefits to the Shared Branch Network include:
FREE nationwide account access at over 5,600 locations
Monday through Saturday convenience (Please note there are a limited number of service centers that do not have Saturday hours.)
Approved transactions include depositing funds, withdrawing cash, check cashing, and statement printing
